Booking Terms and Conditions for Cleaning Services
1. Agreement to Terms
By booking our cleaning services, you agree to these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your booking.
2. Social Media
As part of our service, we may take photos of your home and our work for promotional purposes. These images may be used on our website, social media platforms, and other marketing materials to showcase the quality of our services.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Photos will never include any personally identifiable information, such as faces, family members, personal items, addresses, or documents. Our focus is solely on the work completed and the space itself.
By proceeding with your booking, you consent to the use of these images for promotional purposes. If you would prefer that we do not take or use any photos of your property, please notify us prior to the service.
3. Cancellations
We understand that plans can change, and we’re happy to accommodate where we can. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please let us know as soon as possible. Last-minute changes can affect our team’s schedule and planning, so early notice is greatly appreciated.
We don’t charge cancellation fees, but consistent short-notice cancellations may impact future bookings. Communication is key, and we’re always happy to work with you to find a suitable time.
4. Service Scope and Time Management
Our team will work diligently and efficiently to complete as much as possible within the allocated time slot. However, if we are unable to address all tasks, we will prioritize them in your next booking. Due to our schedule, we cannot always stay beyond the allocated time to complete additional tasks. Please book any extra services or add-ons if you require additional work.
5. Safe Environment
It is essential to provide a safe working environment for our employees. If at any time our team feels that their safety is compromised, they are authorised to leave the premises immediately. In such cases, we will contact you to discuss the situation and reschedule the service if necessary.
6. Payment Terms
We do not require a deposit however payment terms are 7 days from the date of our invoice. We accept various payment methods, including, online through our invoice link, card payments on-site using a Square mobile device and bank transfers. Please ensure that payment is made promptly to avoid any delays in future bookings.
7. Liability and Damages
While we take great care in providing our cleaning services, we are not liable for any pre-existing conditions or damages that may occur during the cleaning process. If you have any specific concerns about delicate items or surfaces, please inform us prior to the service. We generally do not touch our clients personal items but will instead clean around them.
8. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions as needed. Any changes will be communicated to you prior to your next booking.
